HumanTechnics Advanced Certificate in
Coaching & Mentoring for Performance

The HumanTechnics Advanced Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring for Performance is a Leadership qualification and skills programme that gives leaders the skills, techniques and personal approach to develop performance improvements in others through a coaching style of leadership. The programme is accredited at Postgraduate Masters level by Bristol Business School.

The programme is delivered ‘in-house’ to client organisations. It involves 5-days of workshop sessions and a coursework element submitted directly to the University. The programme takes about 8-weeks from the first workshop day to coursework submission.
